Rating: BUY | 12-month price target: $460 | High conviction
Intuit is being valued as a structurally impaired tax-software vendor while its economic center of gravity has shifted toward a broader financial operating system spanning accounting, payroll, payments, working-capital finance, consumer credit distribution and expert-assisted tax. At the reference price of $331.19, the shares trade at approximately 16.4x midpoint FY2027 GAAP EPS guidance and 14.4x midpoint non-GAAP EPS guidance, despite FY2026 revenue growth of 14%, operating-income growth of 20% and guided FY2027 GAAP EPS growth of 22%-24%. (investors.intuit.com)
The market's central objection—AI-driven commoditization of tax preparation and accounting software—is directionally legitimate but excessively extrapolated. Generic AI can reduce the cost of generating software and answering tax questions; it does not automatically replicate Intuit's regulated filing infrastructure, transaction data, bank connectivity, payment rails, accountant ecosystem, fraud controls, historical customer records or legal responsibility for filed outputs. The investable asymmetry arises because the current multiple requires little terminal growth while the business continues to compound revenue and reduce its share count.
Our $460 target represents 22.7x midpoint FY2027 GAAP EPS, materially below Intuit's prior-cycle valuation range and only a modest premium to several slower-growing payroll and enterprise-software peers. The target assumes no return to the historical 40x-plus valuation regime.

The current price and trailing P/E of approximately 20.1x are based on the October 30, 2026 market reference.
Intuit reported two segments during FY2026, although Mailchimp began being managed as a separate operating segment effective August 1, 2026.
FY2026 Global Business Solutions revenue was $12.86 billion, representing approximately 60% of consolidated revenue.
| Offering | FY2026 revenue | YoY growth |
|---|---|---|
| QuickBooks Online Accounting | $5.05B | 23% |
| Online Services | $4.87B | 16% |
| Online Ecosystem | $9.92B | 19% |
| QuickBooks Desktop Accounting | $1.80B | 8% |
| Desktop Services and Supplies | $1.15B | 4% |
| Desktop Ecosystem | $2.95B | 6% |
(sec.gov)
The Online Ecosystem includes the strategically important layers around the accounting ledger: payroll, payments, QuickBooks Capital, marketing services and other workflow products. These adjacencies increase monetization per customer while making displacement more operationally disruptive.
FY2026 business-money revenue reached approximately $1.8 billion and grew 31%, while mid-market revenue reached approximately $1.6 billion and grew 39%. Mid-market customers increased 28% to roughly 449,000. (investors.intuit.com)
FY2026 Consumer revenue was $8.58 billion, approximately 40% of consolidated revenue.
| Offering | FY2026 revenue | YoY growth |
|---|---|---|
| TurboTax | $5.30B | 7% |
| Credit Karma | $2.64B | 20% |
| ProTax | $0.65B | 4% |
| Consumer total | $8.58B | 11% |
(sec.gov)
Credit Karma's growth was broad-based: the personal-loan vertical added $235 million of revenue, credit cards added $101 million and insurance added $85 million. TurboTax benefited from assisted tax and consumer-money offerings, but these gains were partially offset by fewer federal filing units. (sec.gov)
Assisted tax is increasingly material: FY2026 assisted-tax revenue grew 37% to approximately $2.8 billion, with assisted-tax customers increasing 38% to 13 million. This changes the competitive frame from static tax software toward a hybrid software-and-expert marketplace. (investors.intuit.com)
Service revenue was $18.91 billion, or 88% of total revenue, versus $2.54 billion of product and other revenue. No individual customer represented 10% or more of revenue or accounts receivable in FY2024-FY2026. (sec.gov)
The absence of customer concentration is favorable, but the revenue base is not equivalent to pure contracted SaaS ARR. Consumer tax is seasonal, Credit Karma is transaction- and conversion-driven, payments fluctuate with gross payment volume, and many performance obligations are satisfied within 12 months. Deferred revenue was only $1.07 billion at July 31, 2026, underscoring that a substantial portion of economic activity is not represented by long-duration backlog. (sec.gov)
QuickBooks is not merely a general ledger. It sits inside invoicing, payroll, payments, tax preparation, bank reconciliation, expense management and working-capital decisions. Replacing it can require data migration, workflow redesign, employee retraining, accountant coordination and reestablishment of banking and payment connections.
The accountant channel deepens this moat. Accounting firms influence software selection across multiple clients, while the new Intuit Accountant Suite is intended to consolidate client management, collaboration, service delivery, planning and firm management. (investors.intuit.com)
Generic AI models can interpret text and perform calculations, but accurate financial automation requires structured customer histories, transaction categorization, tax-law updates, payment data, identity controls and auditability. Intuit's data advantage is therefore strongest where AI is embedded into existing regulated workflows rather than offered as an unaccountable standalone interface.
TurboTax, QuickBooks and Credit Karma have major consumer and small-business distribution. Intuit serves approximately 100 million customers worldwide. Scale supports national marketing, expert networks, fraud detection, cloud infrastructure and the continual incorporation of tax-law changes. (investors.intuit.com)
The moat is not absolute:
Sasan Goodarzi serves as both chairman and chief executive officer, concentrating strategic authority. Management's execution record is mixed but improving:
Capital allocation is aggressive. Intuit repurchased 13.4 million shares for $5.5 billion in FY2026, or roughly $410 per share, versus the current reference price of $331.19. The repurchases reduced diluted weighted-average shares by approximately 2%, but the timing has thus far destroyed mark-to-market value. (sec.gov)
Stock-based compensation was $2.06 billion, equal to approximately 9.6% of revenue and 45% of GAAP net income. Equity compensation provides alignment but is an economic expense, not a harmless non-cash add-back. (sec.gov)
Retail sentiment is highly polarized. The dominant bearish narrative holds that consumer-facing generative AI will commoditize tax preparation and eventually accounting software. The bullish retail counterargument focuses on QuickBooks switching costs, transaction rails and the stock's collapse from premium-growth multiples. Visible retail discussion frequently treats isolated LLM tax demonstrations as evidence that the entire TurboTax franchise is obsolete; that conclusion overlooks filing liability, data security, edge cases and distribution, but it accurately identifies pricing vulnerability among simple DIY filers. (reddit.com)
Institutional positioning is less uniformly bearish. Aggregated June 30, 2026 Form 13F data indicate substantial institutional ownership and net additions by active managers, although 13F disclosures are lagged, exclude short positions and do not establish current conviction. (businessquant.com)
FY2026 consolidated revenue reached $21.45 billion, up 14%. GAAP operating income increased 20% to $5.88 billion, and diluted GAAP EPS increased 20% to $16.46. (sec.gov)
FY2027 guidance is deliberately bifurcated:
At the midpoint, guidance implies a GAAP operating margin near 31.8%, versus 27.4% in FY2026. This approximately 440-basis-point expansion is the critical FY2027 earnings driver and reflects restructuring savings, prioritization and a lower expense base rather than an acceleration in revenue.
On October 15, 2026, Intuit agreed to acquire Sequence, an AI-native revenue-management platform covering deal configuration, pricing, billing, collections and revenue recognition. Sequence is intended to strengthen Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online Advanced, particularly for software and professional-services companies with usage- or milestone-based revenue. Financial terms were not disclosed. (investors.intuit.com)
Strategically, the acquisition addresses a real functional gap between QuickBooks and full ERP systems. Financially, the lack of disclosed terms prevents assessment of near-term accretion, purchase-accounting impact or return on invested capital.
The approximately 17% workforce reduction is more than a cost program. Management explicitly reduced investment in selected areas, including Mailchimp, and simplified portions of engineering and product development to align resources with its principal growth bets. (investors.intuit.com)
The program materially raises FY2027 operating leverage but creates a near-term risk that product quality, support, sales execution or employee retention deteriorate faster than management expects.
The Fifth Circuit vacated the FTC's prior order against Intuit on March 20, 2026 and remanded the matter; the FTC's appeal deadline passed. Intuit subsequently sought dismissal of the remaining federal action as moot, which the FTC agreed not to oppose. This materially reduces—but does not erase—the historical regulatory overhang. (sec.gov)
Separate risks remain:
At $331.19, the stock is approximately 51% below its 52-week high and about 31% above its 52-week low. The reported 52-week range is roughly $253-$680. (bloomberglinea.com)
The de-rating is extraordinary relative to earnings performance. The current trailing P/E is approximately 20.1x, compared with a cited five-year median near 46x. While the prior multiple was vulnerable to interest-rate normalization, the present valuation represents more than ordinary multiple compression; it incorporates a material probability of long-term franchise erosion. (advisortools.zacks.com)
| Company | Approx. trailing P/E |
|---|---|
| Adobe | 13.9x |
| Intuit | 20.1x |
| Salesforce | 21.1x |
| Paychex | 21.7x |
| Oracle | 21.9x |
| ADP | 26.7x |
No single peer is directly comparable. Adobe is experiencing its own AI-related de-rating, ADP and Paychex are payroll-heavy, Salesforce is enterprise-focused, and Oracle carries a different infrastructure and capital-intensity profile. Nevertheless, Intuit's current multiple no longer reflects a premium for its superior historical organic growth or operating leverage.
The macro backdrop is mixed but not recessionary:
Positive
Negative
The July 2026 Senior Loan Officer Survey reported broadly unchanged C&I standards, narrower spreads and generally easier terms, but small-business loan demand remained broadly unchanged. This is stable rather than decisively expansionary. (federalreserve.gov)
| USD billions, except margins | FY2024 | FY2025 | FY2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue | $16.29 | $18.83 | $21.45 |
| Operating income | $3.63 | $4.92 | $5.88 |
| Operating margin | 22.3% | 26.1% | 27.4% |
| Net income | $2.96 | $3.87 | $4.57 |
| Diluted EPS | $10.43 | $13.67 | $16.46 |
(sec.gov)
The reported operating trajectory is high quality: revenue grew 14%, while operating income grew 20%, producing approximately 130 basis points of FY2026 margin expansion despite a $293 million restructuring charge.
Approximate gross profit was $17.2 billion, implying an 80.2% gross margin after service, product and acquired-technology costs. The gross-margin profile supports substantial incremental margins, but assisted tax, bookkeeping experts, payments, credit products and cloud usage mean Intuit should not be valued as a near-zero-variable-cost software vendor.
The healthiest growth came from:
The weaker areas were strategically meaningful:
This is therefore not a clean reacceleration thesis. The investment case rests on sustained QuickBooks and Credit Karma growth plus cost discipline, while TurboTax and Mailchimp stabilize.
FY2027 non-GAAP operating-income guidance excludes approximately $2.02 billion of share-based compensation, and non-GAAP EPS excludes an estimated $5.81 per-share SBC impact. (investors.intuit.com)
Non-GAAP EPS is useful for peer convention but should not anchor intrinsic value without an explicit dilution or repurchase assumption. Intuit spent $5.4 billion on repurchases in FY2026, partly to offset equity issuance and employee-withholding dilution. The economic cost of compensation ultimately appears either through dilution or through cash spent to prevent dilution.
The provision for expected credit losses increased to $237 million from $134 million, a 77% increase, as lending activity expanded. The absolute provision remains manageable, but its growth materially exceeded consolidated revenue growth. (sec.gov)
This is a key forward indicator. A material rise in delinquencies could simultaneously pressure:
At July 31, 2026:
| Balance-sheet item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Cash and equivalents | $4.71B |
| Current investments | $2.50B |
| Long-term investments | $0.25B |
| Total principal debt | $7.72B |
| Net debt before August repayment | Approx. $0.27B |
| Goodwill | $13.98B |
| Acquired intangibles | $4.64B |
| Stockholders' equity | $18.99B |
(sec.gov)
Liquidity is strong. Cash and investments totaled approximately $7.45 billion, almost equal to gross debt. In August 2026, Intuit repaid the $750 million notes due September 2026 using bond proceeds and cash, leaving the next senior-note maturity at $500 million in July 2027. (sec.gov)
| Fiscal year | Principal due |
|---|---|
| 2027 | $1.25B |
| 2028 | $0.40B |
| 2029 | $1.10B |
| 2030 | $0.72B |
| 2031 | $0.75B |
| Thereafter | $3.50B |
(sec.gov)
The debt structure contains $6.75 billion of senior unsecured notes and $970 million of secured revolving facilities. The secured facilities are held in special-purpose vehicles, are non-recourse to Intuit Inc., and are collateralized by the relevant financing assets. (sec.gov)
Refinancing risk is low. The relevant risk is not solvency but the possibility that expanding credit operations consume more capital and introduce a lower-quality earnings stream.
Goodwill and acquired intangible assets total $18.62 billion, or roughly 51% of total assets. Global Business Solutions contains $9.82 billion of goodwill and Consumer contains $4.16 billion. (sec.gov)
Acquired intangible amortization is expected to remain substantial:
| Fiscal year | Expected amortization |
|---|---|
| 2027 | $633M |
| 2028 | $613M |
| 2029 | $593M |
| 2030 | $590M |
| 2031 | $506M |
| Thereafter | $1.71B |
(sec.gov)
The most obvious impairment watchpoint is Mailchimp. Management's reduction of Mailchimp investment and FY2027 guidance for flat-to-negative revenue do not establish impairment, and FY2026 testing indicated reporting-unit fair values substantially exceeded carrying values. Nevertheless, sustained stagnation would weaken the economic justification for the original acquisition price. (sec.gov)
Intuit purchased $6.2 billion of business loans from its originating bank partner during FY2026, up from $3.5 billion in FY2025. Net business loans held for investment were approximately $1.5 billion at year-end, supplemented by $179 million of loans held for sale. (sec.gov)
Originations are increasingly large relative to Intuit's balance sheet, even though loans turn over rapidly through repayments and sales. FY2026 investing cash flows included:
The credit book is not presently thesis-breaking, but it creates nonlinear downside in a severe SMB recession. Investors should monitor net charge-offs, vintage performance, allowance coverage, funding spreads and whether Intuit retains more loans when third-party demand weakens.
FY2026 operating cash flow was $8.84 billion. Capital expenditures were $175 million, and capitalized internal-use software was $46 million, producing conventional free cash flow of approximately $8.62 billion, or 40% of revenue. (sec.gov)
A more conservative economic view deducts SBC:
| Cash-flow measure | FY2026 |
|---|---|
| Operating cash flow | $8.84B |
| Less property and equipment | ($0.18B) |
| Less capitalized software | ($0.05B) |
| Conventional FCF | $8.62B |
| Less SBC | ($2.06B) |
| SBC-adjusted FCF | $6.56B |
The $6.56 billion figure better approximates cash available after recognizing the cost of employee equity, although it may be conservative because repurchases below intrinsic value can create value while neutralizing dilution.
Cash conversion was also flattered by a $1.28 billion deferred-tax adjustment. That amount should not be assumed to recur at the same magnitude. (sec.gov)
FY2026 cash outflows included:
Repurchases plus dividends totaled approximately $6.76 billion:
The dividend is highly secure. The annualized $5.52 dividend represents approximately 27% of midpoint FY2027 GAAP EPS and less than 25% of normalized free cash flow.
The repurchase program is financially supportable but should become more valuation-sensitive. Buying heavily at approximately $410 and then seeing the stock trade at $331 is evidence that management's capital-return discipline has been weaker than its operating execution.
The DCF starts from approximately $6.5 billion of normalized, SBC-adjusted free cash flow, broadly consistent with FY2026 operating cash flow less capital expenditures, internal-use software and stock compensation.
These assumptions generate an equity value of approximately $440-$455 per share. The discount rate is intentionally punitive for a company with near-zero net debt and high recurring revenue, reflecting AI disruption, tax-policy risk and the cyclicality embedded in Credit Karma and QuickBooks Capital.
DCF value: $445 per share.
FY2027 GAAP diluted-EPS guidance is $20.12-$20.36, with a midpoint of $20.24. (investors.intuit.com)
Applying a 22.5x forward GAAP P/E yields:
The selected multiple is:
Forward P/E value: $455 per share.
The SOTP separates structurally different revenue pools:
| Business | Indicative revenue | Applied EV/revenue | Implied value |
|---|---|---|---|
| GBS excluding Mailchimp | Approx. $11.6B | 7.0x | $81B |
| Mailchimp | Approx. $1.3B | 3.0x | $4B |
| Consumer platform | $8.6B | 5.0x | $43B |
| Indicative enterprise value | $128B |
After adjusting for approximately neutral net debt and dividing by the year-end share count, the SOTP supports roughly $470-$480 per share.
The 3.0x Mailchimp multiple embeds a severe discount for stagnation. The Consumer multiple is restrained by TurboTax disruption risk. The premium allocation is concentrated in QuickBooks, where online accounting growth, payments, payroll, money products and mid-market expansion support a higher multiple.
SOTP value: $475 per share.
Applying a 5.25%-5.50% yield to normalized FY2027 free cash flow of approximately $6.7-$6.9 billion produces equity value in the $450-$475 per-share range.
This methodology treats stock compensation as an economic cost and does not capitalize FY2026's unusually favorable deferred-tax contribution.
FCF-yield value: $465 per share.
| Method | Value | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| DCF | $445 | 35% |
| Forward GAAP P/E | $455 | 30% |
| SOTP | $475 | 20% |
| Normalized FCF yield | $465 | 15% |
| Blended value | Approx. $458 | 100% |
| Rounded 12-month target | $460 |
The target does not require a recovery to historical multiples. It requires the market to conclude that Intuit is a slower but durable compounder rather than an ex-growth casualty.
Measurable tripwires:
TurboTax remains approximately one-quarter of consolidated revenue. Even if QuickBooks is unaffected, a permanent 20%-30% impairment to TurboTax would reduce group growth, cash flow and the appropriate multiple.
FY2027 guidance calls for down 1% to flat revenue. Failure to restore customer growth could force:
FY2027's projected margin expansion is unusually large. If restructuring savings are offset by AI infrastructure, expert labor, marketing or product-quality remediation, the EPS growth thesis weakens materially.
Tripwire: FY2027 GAAP operating margin below 30.5%, versus guidance near 31.8%.
The expected-credit-loss provision already increased 77% in FY2026. A small-business downturn could raise charge-offs and reduce third-party lender demand across QuickBooks Capital and Credit Karma.
Tripwires:
SBC near 10% of revenue limits the quality of non-GAAP earnings. Repurchases only create value when made below intrinsic value and after accounting for dilution. The FY2026 average repurchase price of roughly $410 demonstrates that management can allocate substantial capital too early.
Shareholder litigation, Canadian class-action proceedings, privacy issues, inaccurate AI-generated advice, cybersecurity events or tax-filing failures could produce costs materially beyond direct settlements through reputational damage and increased regulatory oversight. (sec.gov)
Cutting approximately 17% of the workforce shortly after the 2024 restructuring may impair product velocity, institutional knowledge, employee retention and customer support.
A successful pricing reset that restores DIY customer growth without destroying average revenue per return would invalidate the most aggressive disruption assumptions.
Continued 25%-plus mid-market customer growth and 30%-plus revenue growth would expand Intuit's addressable market beyond traditional small businesses. Sequence could accelerate adoption by closing contract-to-cash and revenue-recognition gaps.
If Intuit's AI agents automate bookkeeping, collections, tax workflows and financial forecasting using proprietary customer data, AI becomes an extension of the moat. The critical KPI is not feature count but measurable improvement in retention, attach rates and customer outcomes.
Flat revenue already reflects a low hurdle. Positive customer growth, improving churn or successful integration into QuickBooks would create upside because the current valuation attributes little strategic value to the asset.
Delivery of the FY2027 operating-income guide would establish that the restructuring created durable efficiency rather than merely a one-year cost benefit.
At prices materially below the assessed intrinsic value, repurchases become more accretive than those completed during FY2026.
| Scenario | Conditions | 12-month value |
|---|---|---|
| Bear case | TurboTax revenue declines; Mailchimp contracts; FY2027 revenue growth below 7%; margin expansion misses; credit losses rise; valuation falls to 12x-13x earnings | $255 |
| Base case | Revenue grows near guidance; QuickBooks remains low-to-mid-teens; TurboTax remains positive; Mailchimp stabilizes; FY2027 GAAP EPS reaches approximately $20.25 | $460 |
| Bull case | TurboTax customer growth stabilizes; GBS exceeds 15%; mid-market and money products remain above 25%; margins beat guidance; multiple expands to 24x-25x forward earnings | $575 |
Illustrative probabilities of 25% bear, 60% base and 15% bull produce a probability-weighted value near $426, still approximately 29% above the reference price before dividends.
The bullish thesis risks confusing a collapsing multiple with genuine undervaluation. Intuit may be cheap because the market is correctly identifying the beginning of a structural transition from proprietary financial software toward low-cost, AI-generated financial workflows.
The defense of TurboTax emphasizes accuracy, trust and regulated filing. That may be irrelevant for a large portion of simple filers. Consumers do not need a fully autonomous AI accountant; they need an inexpensive interface that imports standard forms, asks several questions and submits a return. Once capable models are embedded into banks, payroll providers or government portals, TurboTax's marketing advantage could erode rapidly.
The most dangerous signal is not the current 2% unit decline. It is management's admission through pricing changes and customer-acquisition investment that price has become a material churn driver. A franchise that must lower price while spending more to acquire customers can grow revenue temporarily while lifetime value deteriorates.
Assisted tax may also be less attractive than advertised. Human experts increase customer value but introduce labor intensity, scheduling constraints, quality-control risk and lower incremental margins. Intuit could preserve revenue while degrading the software-like economics that historically justified its premium multiple.
The base case assumes QuickBooks is protected because accounting workflows are complex. That complexity may instead motivate disruption. AI agents can reconcile accounts, categorize transactions, draft invoices, chase collections and generate reports without requiring users to navigate a traditional accounting interface.
The threat is unlikely to be SMBs building software themselves. It is banks, payment companies, payroll providers and vertical SaaS platforms embedding accounting as a low-cost feature. If the ledger becomes invisible infrastructure, Intuit's pricing power may weaken even if customer data remain on its platform.
Mid-market expansion introduces stronger incumbents and greater implementation complexity. Intuit is moving from a market where it is dominant into one where Oracle, Microsoft, Sage, Workday, NetSuite, vertical ERP providers and specialized billing platforms already compete. Sequence improves functionality but does not establish enterprise-grade distribution or implementation capability.
Credit Karma's revenue depends on lender conversion, approval rates and consumer demand. It is therefore closer to a cyclical financial marketplace than subscription software. QuickBooks Capital introduces direct balance-sheet exposure and funding risk.
The $6.2 billion of FY2026 business-loan purchases, $1.5 billion retained portfolio and sharply higher credit-loss provision may be early signs that Intuit is using credit to increase platform monetization. (sec.gov)
In a recession, Intuit could face a synchronized shock:
The apparent diversification may therefore contain more correlated macro exposure than the segment labels imply.
Headline FY2026 FCF of $8.6 billion looks exceptional, but $2.06 billion of SBC is a recurring labor cost. Another $1.28 billion came through deferred taxes. Deducting SBC reduces FCF to approximately $6.56 billion before normalizing tax timing.
The company then returned $6.76 billion through buybacks and dividends. On an economic basis, Intuit distributed essentially all of its adjusted free cash flow while simultaneously expanding lending activity and pursuing acquisitions. This is less conservative than the near-zero net-debt headline suggests.
Two major workforce reductions within two years raise the possibility that management over-hired, misallocated resources and is now using restructuring to protect EPS. FY2027 operating-margin expansion is impressive, but it may represent underinvestment rather than durable efficiency.
The decision to repurchase $5.5 billion of stock at an average near $410 immediately before a further decline to $331 weakens confidence in management's intrinsic-value framework. If management materially overestimated the durability of TurboTax or Mailchimp, the repurchases compounded rather than corrected the mistake.
Mailchimp was acquired to connect customer acquisition with financial management. Its present stagnation and reduced investment suggest that the strategic integration has underperformed. Because $18.6 billion of goodwill and acquired intangibles remains on the balance sheet, accounting book value provides little downside protection.
An eventual Mailchimp impairment would be non-cash but economically meaningful: it would confirm that prior capital was deployed at inadequate prospective returns.
A 16.4x forward GAAP P/E is inexpensive relative to Intuit's history, but history may be the wrong benchmark. If normalized revenue growth is 6%-8%, TurboTax declines, SBC remains near 10% of revenue and credit exposure grows, a 14x-18x P/E could be appropriate.
Adobe's current trailing P/E is below 14x amid similar AI disruption concerns. Intuit therefore has no automatic right to rerate merely because its historical multiple exceeded 40x.
The BUY thesis fails if either of two propositions proves true:
The position must therefore be governed by operating evidence, not by faith in historical brand strength. The decisive monitoring framework is:
At $331.19, the market is paying investors to accept these risks. It is not eliminating them. A disciplined portfolio should initiate below $360, add on evidence of TurboTax stabilization or sustained 15%-plus ex-Mailchimp growth, and exit if consolidated organic growth falls below high single digits while SBC and credit exposure remain elevated.
